It's impossible not to write something about Christmas and this also marks my final blog posting this year. As of right now I'll be putting the website on hiatus for a couple of weeks so although I'll continue annoying tweets/facebook/google+ status promos I won't be adding any new content until after January 1st. You can all go about your business in relative peace and harmony.
Speaking of peace and harmony...this really isn't the time of year for it. As you struggle past people in the mall, as you line up waiting to buy gifts, as you sit uncomfortably in winter traffic does anyone think 'ahhhh, so peaceful!'? Likely not. The kids are all hopped up on sugar, the parents are stressed because of money, family commitments or both, and then there's the prospect of that fat dude sneaking into your house while his reindeer poop on your roof. Tis a stressful time of year.
Beyond all that stress, craziness and reindeer poop I just want to remind everyone that Christmas, no matter what your religious beliefs, is about family. It doesn't even have to be your family. It's a time when people can come together, forget differences and have a jolly good time.
Enjoy the holiday season, give someone a hug and bestow some kindness upon your fellow man.

ps - You can remove the reindeer poop by using half bleach half pinesol and hot water. Filthy bloody creatures!
